Products

Are the prints bordered or full bleed?

Our Classic prints are available in full bleed only, and our Large Format prints offer both full bleed and bordered options.

Are my photos good enough to print?

We recommend using high-resolution images for the best print quality. For small prints, a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) is ideal. For larger prints, make sure the image file is clear and not pixelated when viewed at full size. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us your photos, and we’ll be happy to review them and suggest any necessary adjustments.

What type of paper is used for your cards?

Our cards are printed on high-quality thick matte paper (324 gsm), which provides a sturdy, premium feel for your save-the-dates, holiday cards, thank-you cards, and more.

Do cards come with envelopes?

Yes! With every order you will have the option to include or exclude envelopes. If you choose to include them, your order will come with the matching number of envelopes plus 2 extra. 

Is the Printed Gray logo displayed on the cards?

Yes, the Printed Gray logo is displayed small on the back of each card.

Can I customize my own card?

Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, It typically takes us between 3-5 business days to complete and ship your order. This timeframe may fluctuate depending on our current volume of orders. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, allowing you to see the total before you complete your order.

Will you ship to a P.O Box?

Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box. Just make sure to select USPS as your shipping carrier, as they are the only service that delivers to P.O. Boxes.

What shipping methods can I choose from?

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You can choose from a variety of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express. During checkout, you'll be able to select the method that best fits your needs based on your location and delivery timeframe. We'll provide tracking information as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number in the order details of your confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at theprintedgray@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled.

Returns

Do you accept returns/refunds?

We want you to love your prints! As a small business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for custom products at this time. However, if there is a printing error or damage during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll work to resolve it.
