Timelines depend on how quickly we receive your details and feedback. Delays in communication may extend your production schedule. Printed Gray is not responsible for delays caused by missed emails, unapproved proofs, or late submissions. We do our best to keep things moving smoothly.
INVITATIONS: Our invitation process typically takes 5-7 weeks from start to finish. This includes time for design, proofing, and printing.
SAVE THE DATES: Our Save The Date process typically takes 3-5 weeks from start to finish. This includes time for design, proofing, and printing.
Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on your screen. Every device displays color differently, and small shifts are normal depending on paper type and ink used. While we do our best to represent colors accurately as possible, Printed Gray is not responsible for variations between digital proofs and final printed products..
We offer both handmade and premium thick matte paper. Please note that subtle differences are to be expected in size, texture, and thickness. Handmade paper is made by hand, created one sheet at a time. Because of this, slight differences in size, thickness, texture, and color are to be expected. These details make each piece feel intentional and one of a kind. Our premium paper offers a smoother, more consistent finish with clean edges. While more uniform, small shifts in texture and tone can still occur due to the natural materials and production process.
Letterpress printing also brings its own character. Impressions may vary slightly from piece to piece. These subtle differences are part of what makes this traditional printing method so timeless.
Printed gray is not responsible for natural variations, as these are a normal part of the materials and methods we use and are part of what makes each piece unique.
If you've added envelope addressing to your order, we'll send you an address template to complete after your design request form is submitted. Please fill it out carefully. We copy and paste exactly what is entered. Please double check for spelling and formatting errors before sending us the final copy. We are not responsible for typos in the submitted list. The font used will be clean, legible, and designed to complement your card.
You'll receive a proof before we print. Two full rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur a small fee and extend your timeline.
All designs, images, artwork presented on this website and shared during the proofing process are the property of Printed Gray. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used for personal or commercial purpose without written permission. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Printed Gray retains the right to share images of your invitations and wedding paper goods on our website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. We will always be thoughtful about how we share and never post anything that feels too personal.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
You'll receive a digital proof before we print anything. Once you approve the final design, we move forward with production. Please review your proof carefully. If there's an error in a proof that was approved, the cost of reprinting will be the client's responsibility.
If a mistake happens on our end during printing, we'll make it right and reprint your order at no extra cost.
All order will ship within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier delays. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays once a package has left our studio.
